Stardew Valley's Memory Album Remembers to Take the Wedding Photos

Your wedding in Stardew Valley probably isn't the moment you want to be worrying about whether you remembered to take a screenshot. YGSnaffy's Memory Album - Photos and Milestone Memories takes care of that part. It adds a camera and a browsable photo album to the game, and it automatically captures supported milestones as they happen: engagements, weddings, children, house upgrades, the Community Center ceremony, and plenty of other days worth remembering.
You can take your own photos whenever you like, too, complete with the in-game date printed on them. The nicest touch might be asking somebody from Pelican Town to pose with you. Close friends are willing, spouses always agree, and villagers who barely know you can politely decline. Children and pets can join the pictures as well. Apparently even a simple photograph has to respect the town's social rules, which feels perfectly appropriate for Stardew Valley.
Organizing your collection is effortless, allowing you to filter pictures by year, featured townspeople, specific accomplishments, or marked favorites. You can write custom captions, export framed polaroid-style images for sharing, or simply keep the album as a personal keepsake. The addition of an "On this day" memory feature lets you revisit snapshots captured on the exact same date in previous years. Glancing back at your initial greenhouse opening feels remarkably special when viewed seasons later from a fully matured farm.
There is one small detail to keep in mind before adding this to a long-running farm: it won't retroactively add photos for milestones that occurred prior to installing. Past celebrations like earlier weddings won't be generated from old save files. Instead, your fresh pictures are saved right to your default Stardew Valley screenshot directory inside a designated MemoryAlbum subfolder, keeping only simple milestone trackers attached to your save data. The creator notes that uninstalling is completely safe, though keep an eye out for interface elements from other active mods showing up in your snapshots.
You don't have to wait for another big celebration to use it. Sometimes the photo you'll want to revisit is just you, your dog, and a ridiculously productive day on the farm.
