Give wandering Commonwealth settlers a place to call home in Fallout 4

Building a thriving settlement in Fallout 4 takes more than walls, turrets, and beds. It takes people. Wasteland Settler Recruitment makes the Commonwealth's unnamed wanderers part of that process, adding dialogue that lets you offer eligible human and ghoul settlers a home. If they accept, you choose from your unlocked settlements through the familiar destination menu.
The recruits become ordinary workshop residents, contributing to population counts and taking jobs like any other settler. It's a small but satisfying way to connect exploring the wasteland with developing the places you've built. The creator describes the mod as requiring neither DLC nor F4SE, which keeps the additional recruitment system relatively straightforward for players who prefer a lighter mod setup.
