Fallout 4's NPC Focus Dialogue Camera remembers who you're talking to

There's a certain awkwardness to watching Fallout 4 repeatedly cut back to your own character during a conversation, particularly when you've already modded the Sole Survivor into a silent protagonist. Irishbutcher's NPC Focus Dialogue Camera takes a different approach by keeping the focus on the person you're actually talking to. The mod changes cinematic dialogue framing, removes the player's talking gestures, and pulls the camera away from those occasionally uncomfortable close-ups during conversations with robotic characters. Nick Valentine can finally have a little personal space.
It's a focused presentation change, not a new dialogue system or an expansion of conversation choices. Irishbutcher recommends it alongside silent-protagonist and dialogue-interface modifications, but those are separate projects with their own functionality. The result is an appealing adjustment for players who prefer the older feeling of listening to a character rather than repeatedly watching the protagonist participate in a conversation they aren't audibly having.
