Fallout 4’s Synth Mules gives your loot a ride home

There comes a point in every Fallout 4 adventure when you’ve collected so much junk that the real enemy isn’t a Deathclaw or a Super Mutant. It’s your own inventory. Cobalt1’s Synth Mules offers a wonderfully practical solution: summon a synth courier and an animated pack mule to carry your treasures home while you get back to exploring. Fire a special flare outdoors, load up your new delivery service, and send the haul toward a workshop in Sanctuary, Home Plate, or The Castle. It’s essentially Commonwealth shipping and logistics, only with considerably more radiation.
The mules start with a carrying capacity of 250 weight each, with upgrades available for larger loads, shorter cooldowns, and additional destinations. Cobalt1 previously offered a beta through Bethesda’s Creations platform, so this Nexus release isn’t the project’s first appearance, but it does bring the updated 3.1 version to another audience. For anyone who’s ever interrupted a promising expedition because they couldn’t bear to leave behind seventeen desk fans and a typewriter, this might be the most welcome delivery service in the wasteland.
