Starfield's SFSE Menu Framework gives mods a shared settings panel

Starfield plugins are easier to manage when they don't all invent their own settings screens. SFSE Menu Framework gives developers a shared Mod Control Panel with familiar controls such as sliders, checkboxes, dropdowns and tabs. It supports mouse, keyboard and gamepad input, and authors can add persistent HUD elements without building the interface from scratch.
There's already a practical example: SFSE Performance Overlay uses the framework to display FPS, frame times and available hardware statistics. Some NVIDIA-specific readings use NVML, while broader figures come from Windows APIs. The significance is a common foundation other SFSE projects can reuse, rather than one new player-facing mod.
