Winterhold’s towers stop flickering

A magic college loses some of its atmosphere when its rooms flicker every time you turn your head. NirnMute’s patch tackles that distraction in four towers of Obscure’s College of Winterhold, where the creator traced the angle-dependent flashes to a clash between USSEP lighting changes and the college mod’s occlusion planes.
The fix removes those planes from the Halls of Attainment, Countenance, Acumen, and Diligence. NirnMute reports no noticeable frame-rate loss in their own testing, though MNC hasn’t tested it independently. It’s specifically for players using both mods and should load after USSEP and Obscure’s College of Winterhold.
