A new settlement takes root near Rannveig's Fast in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition

The roads between Skyrim's major settlements still leave plenty of room for somewhere new to call home. Kyne Tears Settlement places a small community near Rannveig's Fast, with a trader, farmer, enchanter, and blacksmith among its residents. There's also a house for the player, giving the location a reason to become part of a longer journey rather than just another place to pass through.

Creator 1kSword describes this as a first settlement project and explicitly considers it an alpha, despite its 1.0.0 listing. The early release focuses on five houses, their inhabitants, and modest environmental additions, with a few exploration rewards to discover nearby. It's a small piece of world-building that may appeal to players who enjoy seeing Skyrim's quieter spaces become inhabited.
