Hjertesten Hall expands its grounds in Skyrim

Hjertesten Hall is getting closer to feeling like a small community rather than a single grand estate. Extra Buildings adds a barracks, a court wizard's quarters, a graveyard and an orphanage, alongside assignable staff homes, giving the people around the hall more convincing places to work and live.
The orphanage is furnished but doesn't yet have residents, and the expansion requires both Hjertesten Hall and Extra Jobs and Features. Older Skyrim setups may need additional support, while terrain and path changes can conflict with nearby building overhauls; Northern Roads has a separate patch. It's the kind of expansion that rewards players invested in the estate, provided the surrounding load order has room for it.
