More enemies crowd Hoover Dam in Fallout: New Vegas

Hoover Dam's climactic battle can feel a little too thin for the war Fallout: New Vegas has been building toward. This revised enemy expansion puts more Legion soldiers into the fight while dialing back some of the frustrations in an earlier overhaul.

The update fixes added Legionaries turning hostile toward Legion-aligned players, removes extra enemies from the Legate's Camp and reduces the newcomers' health. That should make the finale busier without simply turning every encounter into a damage sponge. Because the mod edits Hoover Dam quests, its creator recommends load-order priority where conflicts arise; extra combatants may also strain weaker PCs.
