An old Brotherhood oath resurfaces in Fallout: New Vegas

A former Brotherhood paladin is looking for answers in the Mojave, and the Courier can get caught up in the search. Buried Oaths follows Rourke as she investigates the destruction of her chapter, giving Fallout: New Vegas another story about what survives after a faction's losses.

The quest begins in Novac once the player is past level 20, and completing its main story unlocks a follow-up side quest after an in-game day. Lords of the Mojave is required, so this isn't a drop-in quest for an otherwise vanilla installation. For players who enjoy returning to New Vegas for another character-driven detour, that prerequisite is worth checking first.
