Roy Phillips leaves behind a gruesome souvenir in Fallout: New Vegas

Fallout has never been especially delicate about how its wastelanders solve problems, and this Tale of Two Wastelands mod certainly isn't changing that tradition. CeasarSaladAss's I'll Make a Mask Out of You lets players obtain the ghoul mask from Roy Phillips's corpse, offering a considerably darker alternative to the familiar quest route.

The standard version requires a cutting weapon, such as a knife or sword, while an optional file removes that condition. This is the Fallout: New Vegas and Tale of Two Wastelands edition of a mod also released separately for Fallout 3. Its narrow focus makes the premise easy to understand, though other mods altering Roy Phillips may interfere with it.
