Being a vampire gets complicated in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Being a vampire in Morrowind has never been the easiest lifestyle choice, but Xarico22's Hunt seems determined to make the whole experience considerably more complicated. This new OpenMW overhaul introduces a Blood resource that gradually depletes, forcing players to feed while balancing their growing supernatural abilities against some rather unpleasant consequences. Victims can be persuaded, intimidated, hypnotized, or simply overpowered, although getting carried away can prove fatal. And as corruption grows, new powers emerge, including shadow movement, mind control, and remote feeding. Apparently, eternal life comes with an impressive collection of bad habits.
The interesting part is how Hunt ties all of this into the surrounding world. Keeping enough blood can help conceal your condition, while conspicuous vampires risk attracting unwanted attention from guards and Ordinators. Maintaining friendships and social connections even plays a role in preserving sanity. Hunt is an early release designed for OpenMW 0.51 or newer, and it isn't compatible with other vampire overhauls. Still, the idea of vampirism becoming an ongoing struggle between power, hunger, and keeping up appearances is a compelling one.
