A spare gun belongs on your horse in Red Dead Redemption 2

Finding a second copy of a favorite gun in Red Dead Redemption 2 can create an awkward problem: where do you keep it? Horse's Weapon Inventory adds a separate stash beside your mount, letting you store the weapon in hand and retrieve it later through its own menu. Creator Vazagal developed the idea after losing duplicates while using the Selling Guns mod.

Collectors should pay attention to what the stash actually remembers. It preserves weapon models, not custom parts or finishes, so a carefully personalized firearm may come back without the details that made it special. Duplicate weapons also have to be retrieved individually. It's a handy extra storage option, provided you know what you're leaving behind.
