Minecraft's Quark hotfix restores Mending's place in enchantment filtering

Sometimes the best mod update is the one that makes something familiar work again. Quark's 4.1-484 hotfix restores Mending after an earlier change disrupted enchantment filtering, a small repair that matters to players and modpack maintainers relying on the usual enchantment behavior.

The fix is deliberately narrow. It corrects how the random-enchantment lookup handles the enchantments actually applied to an item, without introducing a new feature set or changing the broader balance. No grand overhaul here, just an annoying regression put right.
