Defeating Seridur in The Order of the Virtuous Blood is satisfying enough, but what happens to his house afterward? TacitKnowledge's Seridur's House - A Home for the Hero gives that loose end a practical answer. Once the quest is complete and you've joined the Order, a letter offers you the chance to purchase his Imperial City residence, with the Order contributing 4,000 gold toward its 15,000-gold value.

Your 11,000 gold buys the house and basement, complete with non-respawning storage and a new name reflecting its owner. The Order relocates to Roland Jenseric's cabin, leaving the property properly yours. It's a tidy bit of quest aftermath for the original Oblivion, requiring xOBSE and Shivering Isles rather than Oblivion Remastered.
