Cyberpunk 2077's Fuel System makes gas stations useful for something besides looking cool

Night City has some gorgeous cars, some spectacularly reckless drivers, and enough neon-lit gas stations to make you wonder why V never seems particularly concerned about what's in the tank.
Charlotte27k's Fuel System - Gas Stations and Jerrycans gives driving a little more responsibility.
Vehicles get persistent fuel tanks, consumption varies with speed and vehicle type, and running dry means your engine stops until you refuel. Gas stations become functional places to buy fuel, handle repairs, and fill portable jerrycans, while map markers help you find the next pump before your trip turns into an embarrassing roadside adventure.

There's also an optional HUD/minimap integration, but it isn't required for the core mod. The system sounds especially appealing for players who enjoy treating Night City like an actual place rather than a series of fast-travel destinations. Just remember that adding fuel management also means adding one more thing to worry about when you're being chased halfway across town.
