Narfi gets time to rebuild

Narfi's ruined house in Ivarstead doesn't have to stay ruined forever. slanglois's port of FarrinRacer's home-restoration mod lets the building recover after you help Narfi, with one stage appearing when you return and another seven days later.

The restoration follows the quest rather than happening instantly. If Narfi dies, construction stops where it stands; installing after his death leaves the house damaged. Replacing an older version also resets the building before the new progression begins.
