A drive through Project Zomboid after dark can already feel like looking into a world that wants you gone. Analog Memories pushes that uneasy atmosphere further with grain, blur, light adaptation and flares that respond to movement and surroundings. An optional VHS-style effect grows rougher as your survivor's health declines.

Vanilin's Build 42 mod lets players adjust or disable individual effects, so the look doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing choice. It replaces screen.frag and therefore conflicts with other visual mods using the same file. Split-screen isn't supported.
