Papyrus Lint adds checks for quest-script mistakes that still compile

A Bethesda quest script can compile without complaint and still behave disastrously once someone plays it. Papyrus Lint's latest release looks for more of those subtle mistakes before they reach a test save, including impossible conditions, initialization events in the wrong state, and quest aliases handled as the wrong kind of reference.
Skyrim Legendary Edition joins the tool's existing game coverage in this release. The warnings are leads for authors to investigate, not definitive proof of broken code, since static checks can produce false positives. Even so, catching a suspicious condition early beats discovering it after a quest has stopped progressing.
