In Fallout 4, the Glowing Sea is typically a place you reluctantly cross with a specific plan in mind and a generous supply of RadAway. It's not necessarily somewhere you stop for a leisurely walking tour. Under The STARS, a mod from CSEP Team, says "Ya know what? We're gonna put a map marker called 'Sunken Bunker' right on top of it anyway and let the good times roll."

As it's told, the radioactive winds have uncovered a deep underground facility full of mystery, secrets and, of course, unspeakable horrors. Deep down in the depths, the team says, you'll find a new quest to enjoy with puzzles to work through, voiced holotapes to dig up and listen to, plus a new outfit, helmet, and a couple of unique weapons for whoever survives that far.

It's worth noting that Under The STARS was made for Fallout Flood, a mod event where authors vote on a specific theme and then take one month to create mods based on the winning theme. This round's theme was Underground. A month is pretty tight for that kind of work, and the credits list separate people for level design, quest design, assets, writing help, and voiced roles that include a general, a bunker PA system, and a test pilot. And at the end of the day, the team managed to pull it off. Hats off to each and every one of you.
