The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's Clear Skies Telescope takes stargazing on the road

Skyrim has an enormous night sky, but adventurers rarely get an excuse to study it. Clear Skies Telescope 2.0 adds working telescopes outside Dragonsreach and at the College of Winterhold in the original PC release. Using one clears the weather and opens an adjustable stargazing view, while a Dwemer astronomy manual teaches a power for summoning a portable telescope elsewhere.

The update gives the instruments a brass Dwemer-inspired look, a new summoning sound and clearer control reminders. This build is for classic Skyrim, not Special or Anniversary Edition. Mods editing the telescope locations or the same camera and weather systems may conflict.
