A game update shouldn't always mean saying goodbye to the mods you liked yesterday. Polyfill addresses some of the compatibility problems that leave older Schedule I mods broken after the game changes, giving existing setups another chance to work without waiting for every author to issue a replacement.
The latest release adds clearer error reporting to help authors investigate the stubborn failures. It's still an early beta and won't rescue every mod, but keeping an established loadout usable is a worthwhile job in itself.
