Culture Creator lets Bannerlord players build their own kingdoms, armies, and civilizations

Ever get tired of fighting for somebody else's kingdom in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord? Taking orders, winning battles, capturing territory, only to watch some noble you've barely spoken to walk away with the rewards?
RayNavBro's Culture Creator gives players the opportunity to build something entirely their own. You can create a new culture, design its armies, establish noble families and mercenary clans, choose banners and colors, and decide where your kingdom belongs on the campaign map. Even the troop trees, starting forces, family members, and diplomatic relationships are yours to shape. If you've ever wanted to invent a civilization from the ground up and then throw it into Calradia's ongoing chaos, there's quite a bit here to play with.
And the creator has already expanded the possibilities beyond the original release. While Culture Creator initially focused on new Sandbox campaigns, an update introduced the ability to add up to three custom cultures into an existing campaign. So you don't necessarily have to abandon the character you've been building for the last hundred hours just to introduce a little competition.
There is a catch worth knowing about. The creator warns that compatibility with many other mods is likely to be troublesome, and testing across the supported Bannerlord builds remains incomplete. But for players who enjoy the political maneuvering, army building, and occasional spectacular collapse of their carefully laid plans, Culture Creator opens up a whole new way to make Calradia your own.
