Every Valheim settlement eventually reaches that special stage of development where you have enough storage chests to run a small warehouse and absolutely no idea where you put anything. CharmingBeaver's Storage Master offers a solution by bringing nearby chest inventories together in one interface. Instead of opening one container after another, players can examine several at once, search for items, consolidate scattered stacks, and move supplies to more sensible locations. There's even a tidy-up feature that organizes items around the chests already holding the most of each resource. Somewhere, a Viking with a severe organizational problem is shedding a tear of joy.

Unlike a magical shared stash connecting distant bases, Storage Master works with the actual chests around the player. Their separate inventories remain intact, while sorting, quick-stacking, and item totals make managing them considerably less tedious. CharmingBeaver describes the mod as client-side, so other players and the server don't need it installed, although the interface currently requires a keyboard and mouse rather than a controller. Other inventory or sorting mods may also overlap with its functions. It's a wonderfully practical answer to a problem most dedicated Valheim builders eventually create for themselves: owning far too many chests and remembering what almost none of them contain.
