Sometimes you've got the perfect armor setup for a hunt, but you want to switch weapons. Or maybe you've got exactly the weapon you need, and it's your armor that needs changing. Having to juggle entire equipment loadouts for one little adjustment gets old pretty quickly.

DriftEX's Separated Loadouts gives Monster Hunter Wilds players a more precise option. It adds separate commands for applying only the weapons or only the armor from a registered loadout, leaving the other half of your equipment alone. Keyboard players can also use Ctrl or Shift while confirming a normal loadout to make a partial switch. It's a straightforward quality-of-life tweak built around REFramework, with no extra equipment slots or elaborate new systems to learn. Controller equivalents for those keyboard shortcuts aren't documented, although the separate menu commands are part of the mod. Not every useful mod needs to reinvent hunting. Sometimes it just needs to stop making you redo something you've already set up perfectly.
