Nothing says medieval family drama quite like a fallen noble house, buried secrets, and a suspiciously powerful collection of inherited armor. Petrbalage's The Fall of House Rýzmburk brings all three to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, introducing a fictional family tragedy told through diaries, books, and equipment scattered across existing locations. There's no convenient trail of objective markers leading you from one discovery to the next. Instead, you'll need to read, explore, and piece together what happened, starting with a diary purchased from the scribe Gaibl in Troskovice.
There are 36 new items to discover, including three themed equipment sets and books that grant permanent perks. And we're not talking about modest little bonuses here. Petrbalage deliberately made the equipment extremely powerful, to the point of recommending that newcomers save it for a later playthrough. That's probably wise if you'd rather experience Henry's struggles without turning him into a walking medieval catastrophe. For returning players, though, this offers a fun combination of investigative storytelling, rewarding exploration, and equipment that isn't particularly interested in playing fair.
