Two GTA IV mods push past the game's traffic and engine-audio limits

More traffic in GTA IV doesn't help much if vehicles disappear too quickly behind you or their engines fall silent in a busy street. gutbash's experimental popctl and revd tools tackle those separate engine limits. One changes how long ambient traffic and pedestrians remain in the world; the other raises simultaneous vehicle-engine sound slots from 25 to 64.
These are narrowly targeted ASI releases for Complete Edition 1.2.0.59, not promises of better performance. The creator expanded the audio heap after encountering crashes at higher slot counts. The revd listing has shown both a suspicious-files notice and a safe-to-use scan field, which are not a substitute for evaluating the project's source and download before installation.
