For Batman: Arkham City modders, getting the tools running shouldn't be harder than building the mod. BmSDK 0.21.0 introduces the framework's first installer, replacing some of the manual folder juggling previously needed to set up its C# scripting tools. Those tools let creators work with game objects, characters and engine systems rather than stopping at simple asset swaps.
The update also improves how Unreal Engine 3 output parameters appear to C# developers, though that's chiefly a behind-the-scenes benefit. Steam and Epic versions are supported; GOG isn't. It's a practical step toward making Arkham City's scripting scene more approachable, not a new gameplay mod on its own.
