Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord mod gives co-op families a makeover

Your Bannerlord clan doesn't have to live forever with every face it was dealt. Family Appearance Editor lets Bannerlord Coop players customize their own relatives, adjusting hair, facial features, body settings and age. The changes synchronize across the session, so the family everyone sees matches the one you've created.

There are sensible boundaries. Other players and their families remain off-limits, as do unrelated NPCs. It's a personal customization tool for cooperative campaigns, not a license to redesign the entire kingdom.
