Radios carry rumors across Apocalypter

A working radio can make a lonely scavenging trip feel less lonely. Apocaradio adds portable sets to Apocalypter, playing existing cassette music and, with Immersive Rumors installed, interrupting it with reports that might point toward something worth investigating.

Those rumors aren't guaranteed to be true, which is part of their appeal. The mod also introduces radio-themed locations and loot in previously unvisited areas. BepInEx is required, and there are unusual persistence rules: carried radios may reappear on the ground after loading, while merchant stock isn't retained. Without the companion rumor mod, players still get music, provided they have batteries.
